ATP Science T432 Plus
The evolution of ATP Science T432 fat burner has been many years in the making. ATP science new product development process is a beautiful thing. I get given a brief like “go make a fat burner that works” and then I get left alone to do that. I do not look at what other companies are doing and I have no idea what are the best sellers. So when I returned with a capsule to be taken with meals to create the ideal hormonal profile to maximize your basal metabolic rate; instead of making a high stim fat burning pre-workout powder or appetite suppressant and no hot ingredients of the season like Garcinia and raspberry ketones (I say ingredients of the season as they won’t be around for too much longer once people get access to the true story that they don’t really work and worse have side effects like being toxic to your testicles!!) I had a little bit of explaining to do.
The reason I say T432 has been many years in the making is that after working 18 years in the naturopathic clinic I understand that there are many factors that contribute to body shape and metabolic rate; in particular hormonal profiles.
There is a plethora of ingredients available proven to stimulate fat burning and release of stored fats. But without creating the ideal hormonal profile to allow the body change they simply do not work.
T432 has been formulated for the following Actions:
Maximize thyroid hormone activity. Thyroid hormones are essential for thermogenesis. Without them, in the correct window, you will not be allowed to burn fat. Simple.
Slow thyroid causes high estrogen and high cortisol. High estrogen and cortisol cause slow thyroid. This is a vicious cycle that must be broken to get the system to work together for fat loss. This is another reason why I don’t believe in using high stims for fat loss as the resulting elevated cortisol can be counter-productive by preserving fat, breaking down muscle and inhibiting thyroid hormone activity.
Improve Insulin Sensitivity
Control adipokines. Adipokines are chemicals made and released from fat cells that are responsible for creating the vicious cycle of obesity. They can be the cause of insulin resistance, estrogen dominance, poor thyroid hormone activity, elevated cortisol, and systemic inflammation. Fat cells are not just dead storage sites, they are constantly making stuff. They are more like an organ or endocrine gland. You can imagine how powerful an endocrine gland that gets from 10% of your body weight up past 25% and then over 40% of your body weight would be! A gland that size pumping out chemicals will change your whole body and make it impossible to change using a few ingredients designed to stimulate their activity further.
Control satiety but don’t suppress appetite. Most appetite suppressants are bulking fibers or compounds that inhibit the absorption of nutrients. The end result is fermentation and bloating. If you have gut dysbiosis (too many of the wrong kinds of organisms living in your gut) or candida/thrush then you will be feeding those microbes and making things worse. Enhancing satiety by interacting GLP-1 will allow you to stay feeling flat and lean in the abdomen instead of bloated and fat. It will also allow you to reduce calories without getting into survival starvation mode conserving fat stores or rebounding with binge eating.
Basically, we train to encourage muscle growth and boost our metabolic rate. And with the correct hormonal profile, you can burn fat for the other 23 hours a day while working, sleeping, shagging, watching TV etc.
